Mothers Day

We had a great weekend. We met some friends in the little town of Sobieski, MN and had dinner and beers at a Herbies. It was a fun night.

Saturday we slept in!!! Dylan decided not to get up at his usual 645 am so we took advantage of a couple extra hours of sleep. Mollie went to the play "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" with her girlfriends and then out for dinner and dessert. She said they had a great time.

Sunday started with a brunch at the Blue Heron with Mollie's family for Mothers Day. Then we bought a tree for our yard. It is a Lilac tree. Dylan had a grand time at Huls Nursery riding on the wagon with Mollie's new sand cherry bush.

We have two robin nests in our yard, one in the front tree and one under the deck. I was able to snap a photo through the deck boards without getting attacked by mama robin. The nest in the front still has eggs and, if you can make them out, the one under the deck has three baby robins. HAPPY MOTHERS DAY, Mrs. Robin!
